Open-top body, the fold-down flat windscreen, the star on the bonnet — this is styled on the classic Willys military jeep, at 1:10 scale and genuinely drivable rather than a static shelf model.

A proper lighting system

Front headlights, rear brake lights and turn signals — and a searchlight mounted by the windscreen that can be switched independently of the main lights, just like the real wartime jeeps carried one for signalling and night driving.

Detail that rewards a close look

The engine hood actually opens, the windscreen folds down, there's a spare tyre mounted on the back, a battery compartment under the hood, and a driver's seat and dashboard modelled in the cockpit. The steering wheel is linked to the front wheels, so it turns as the jeep steers.

The original it's modelled on

The Willys MB was the standard US military jeep of the Second World War — this model borrows its look and proportions rather than copying a modern toy shape.
